Obituary for Catherine Leann Baker (Webb)
A beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend passed away on October 17 into her Savior’s arms. Catherine Leann Webb~Baker was 53 years old. She was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Those privileged to know her were treated to lots of love and laughter.
Leann was born on April 4, 1969 in Abilene, Texas to Tommy M. Webb and Mary Ester Eaves-Webb. Leann graduated from Cross Plains High School in 1987 and attended Howard Payne after graduating. She married Randy Baker on August 20, 1988 in Eastland, Texas. Leann and her husband resided in Cross Plains where they raised their family and Randy operated their family business. Leann remained at home raising her sons who were her prided and joy. She loved being grandmother to her sweet grandson, Carson who she loved dearly.
Leann was preceded by her son, Justin Baker; mother, Mary Ester Webb.
Leann is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Randy Baker of Cross Plains, Texas; sons, Cody Baker and his wife, Charlotte of Cross Plains, Texas; Kevin Baker of Cross Plains, Texas; grandson, Carson Baker of Cross Plains, Texas; father, Tommy M. Webb of Cisco, Texas; sister, Martha Stephens and her husband, Kirby of Weatherford, Texas; brother, Glenn Webb and his wife, Charlsie of Decatur, Texas.
