Obituary for Warren Dean "Dean" Bailey
Warren Dean Bailey, 88, of Rising Star, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 14, at 11:00 AM at the Church of Christ in Rising Star, Texas with Terry Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Rising Star Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation Friday, September 13 from 5:30-8:00 pm at Higginbotham Funeral Home in Cross Plains, Texas.
Dean was born September 27, 1930 in Rising Star, Texas to the Late Anderson Warren and Ruby Inez Nunnally-Bailey. Warren married Jeannie Jacobs in Rising Star, Texas on June 19, 1949, who preceded him on February 5, 2014. Warren was the Manager of Pioneer Farmers Co-op for many years. He was a member of the Church of Christ and served as an Elder in the church.
Dean was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Jeannine Bailey; parents, Anderson Warren and Ruby Inez Nunnally-Bailey.
Dean is survived by his children, Brenda Jan Goldston and her husband, Dick of Rising Star; Warren David Bailey of Vancouver, Washington; two grandchildren, Chad Goldston and his wife, Annissa; Kevin Goldston and his wife, Dana; 7 great grandchildren, Mia Goldston, Ryan Goldston, Tanner Goldston, Justin Goldston, Garrett Judd, Evan Judd, and Jacee Judd.
