Aggie Lancaster, 87, of Rising Star, Texas passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 in Rising Star, Texas.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, September 29, at 2:00 PM at Higginbotham Funeral Home in Cross Plains, Texas. Burial will follow at the Wolf Valley Cemetery in Brown County.
Aggie was born February 5, 1932 in Blanco, New Mexico to the Late Jose T. and Irene M. Gutierrez-Archuleta. Aggie married Glen Roy Lancaster in Farmington, New Mexico on July 22, 1955 who preceded her on June 2, 2000.
Aggie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Glen Roy Lancaster; son, Oscar Connally; daughter, Irene Matey; parents, Jose T. and Irene M. Gutierrez-Archuleta; 2 brothers, Orlando and Felix Archuleta; 4 sisters, Mollie Jeantet, Ann Green; Rita Blake; Della Blize.
Aggie is survived by her 2 sons, David Lee Archuleta of Tulsa, OK; Michael Anthony Lancaster of Midlothian; 1 granddaughter, Coty Sedlock of Mabank; 3 sisters, Ruth Candelaria of Colorado Springs, CO; Maria Lemery of Milpitas, CA; Hope Johnson of Los Angeles, CA.
