Graveside Service will be held Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Rising Star Heritage Cemetery in Rising Star, Texas.
Carol was born on April 21, 1953, in Gorman, Texas to the late Johnny Doyle Owen and Myrtle Eerie Chapman~Owen.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Doyle Owen and Myrtle Eerie Chapman~Owen; sisters, Alice Lockhart and Ruby McCowen; brother, James Evens.
Carol is survived by her sons, Trey Bilbrey and wife, Jaimie Bilbrey of Andrews, Texas; John Dustin Bilbrey of Rising Star, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Emily Butler, Treycie Bilbrey, Kinsley Bilbrey, and Jesse Bilbrey IV.
