Benjamin “Red” Elliott and Mary Jane Zellars Elliott. Carolyn married William E. “Bill” Belk on January 16, 1959. Carolyn and Bill had one son, Billy Edward Belk. She married Ernest Weeber on September 21, 1963.
Carolyn was preceded by two husbands; son; parents; two sisters; two brothers; two nephews; one niece.
Carolyn is survived by a host of nephews and nieces who she loved very much.
