Charles Edward Cotter, 84, of Rising Star, Texas went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Rising Star Nursing Center in Rising Star, Texas.

Charles was born on April 13, 1938 in Gruver, Texas to the late John Edgar Cotter and Lizzie Morris-Cotter. Charles served in the United States Army and was a school teacher.
Charles was preceded by his parents; son; 1 granddaughter; 3 brothers; 4 sisters.
Charles is survived by his daughter, Connie O’Dell and her husband, Mitchell of Cross Plains, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Rachel O’Dell, Remington O’Dell, Rafferty O’Dell and Ashley Cotter; 6 great grandchildren.
