Doris Jones, 97, of Rising Star, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at home surrounded by her loved ones in Rising Star, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Monday, February 14 at 11:00 AM at the May Cemetery in Brown County with Marty Bingham officiating.

Doris was born September 22, 1924 in Brownwood, Texas to the late Jim Killough and Pearl Pressly-Killough.

Doris was preceded by her parents, Jim and Pearl Killough; husbands, Jack Bush in 1952; Leland Jones in 2004; 2 sons.

Doris is survived by her 5 daughters, Jimmie Nell Parker of Rising Star, Texas; Doris Jean Berquist of Rising Star, Texas; Jackie Collins of Rising Star, Texas; Brenda Mann of Florida; Debbie Scheller of Graham, Texas; 2 sons, Denis Lee Bush of Canyon, Texas; Jody Jones of Winters, Texas; 26 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Floyd Killough of Rising Star, Texas; Warner Killough of Weatherford, Texas.
