Aunt Estelle,
Loved life! She liked to be busy all the time. When I came in the picture, she worked hard every day. She worked at general dynamics in white settlement. She had nineteen rental houses. She also owned one of the biggest bingo supply companies in Texas. As well as owning two nightclubs. She asked me not too long ago, "if anyone would believe, this old lady had owed two nightclubs," I told her yes! Estelle still loved music, she loved going to the bluegrass festivals shows in Branson. She loved to travel and go to different places. Estella and Billy went on vacation with Dwayne and I ( little Sharon), Sharon and Dal, Herbie and Debbie Woods. We did that for about ten years. It still always put a smile on her face. Estelle loved her family. Aunt Estelle and Billy had a camper on our place in Cross Plains. She told Dwayne and I, "It's so peaceful," she really enjoyed looking out and seeing all the wild life and the wild flowers. When I would mow, she didn't want me to mow the wildflowers. So I had to mow around them. Estelle was always willing to help people when they needed it. She loved playing pool. She liked it so much, she put a pool table in her house. When Aunt Estelle was at her camper that was at Cross Planes, she used to walk around and pick up twigs placing them in little piles, just for something to do, because she always had to be busy. When Aunt Estelle and Billy moved to Abilene, she told me she just wanted to sit with Billy and enjoy her their retirement. I told her that was awesome if that's what she wanted. We love you aunt Estelle and it was a blessing to have had a chance to know and love you.
