John Wayne Parum, 81, of Abilene, Texas passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Hendrick Hospice Care in Abilene, Texas.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 23, at 11:00 AM at Eastlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Early, Texas with Kenneth Reiter officiating.
Wayne was born August 13, 1939 in Wolfe City, Texas to the late Simon Parum and Faye (Crownover) Parum. Wayne married Nelda Yvonne Nichols on November 20, 1959, who preceded him on January 16, 2001.
Wayne was preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years, Nelda Yvonne (Nichols) Parum.
Wayne is survived by his son, Russell Parum of Big Spring; daughters, Terrie Parum of Cross Plains; Ronda Atkins of Palestine; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
