Marvin was born November 1, 1928 in May, Texas to the Late Mack Holt and Ella (Clark) Holt. Marvin married Glenna Robason on November 26, 1948, who preceded him on February 19, 2017.
Marvin was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Glenna Robason; parents, Mack Holt and Ella (Clark) Holt; grandson, Daniel Holt.
Marvin is survived by his sons, Gary Holt of Odessa; Wayne Holt of Houston; 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Sarah, Erin Stephanie and 9 great grandchildren.
