November 21, 1945 — April 25, 2016

Sherryl Goble, age 70, of Cross Plains passed away, Monday, April 25, 2016 in Cross Plains, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Cross Plains, Texas with Bro. Ronnie White officiating. Burial will follow after the service at Cottonwood Cemetery in Callahan County, Texas. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 27 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sherryl was born on November 21, 1945 in Osceola, Iowa to the late Joe and Dorothy Schrader-Fouche. She worked as the store manager at Lowes Grocery Store for 17 years in Cross Plains. She married David Goble on December 31, 1976 in Buena Vista, Co.

Sherryl had many hobbies that she enjoyed such as quilting; gardening. She loved her animals at the homestead. She loved being a part of the communities festivities. She won numerous awards for her show tractors. She loved going to auctions and garage sales. What she love the most was her family and neighbors. She was a spunky little woman that got things done. She always had a smile on her face and was ready to lend a helping hand to everyone when needed. She loved the LORD with all her heart and was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by everyone who came in contact with her.

Sherryl is survived by her husband, David Goble of Cross Plains, Texas; daughter, Shawn Morton and her husband, Eddie Joe of Big Lake, Texas; Dwayne Justice and his wife, Susan of Abilene, Texas; Tina Hutchings and family; 9 grandchildren, Derek, Shelby, Justin Morton of Big Lake, Texas; Derrick, Dakota, Noelle Hutchings all of Haslet, Texas; Lauren Cardenas of Gulf Breeze, Florida; Jared and Nathan Justice of Abilene, Texas; 3 great grandchildren, Radley Morton of Big Lake, Texas; Julie and Wolfgang of Gulf Breeze, Florida; brothers, Bill Fouche and his wife, Norma; Gene Fouche and his wife, Billie Jean; brother-in-laws, Stanley Goble and his wife, Norma Jean of Cross Plains, Texas; Lenley Goble and Lorna Muniain of Cross Plains, Texas; Cecil Wilson and Naoma of Cross Plains, Texas; numerous nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews.
