Susan Kelsey, 59, of Rising Star passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 10 AM at the Stag Creek Cemetery, Comanche County, TX.
Susan was born on January 27, 1958 in Dallas County to the late Ferguson Toland and Verna Bailey Toland. She leaves behind her loving husband James Kelsey. Susan retired from the City of Dallas as a manager in the municipal water department. She took retirement very seriously and was a very private person. Susan enjoyed watching deer from the back porch with the dog.
Susan is survived by her husband, James Kelsey; 2 sons, Jeromi Kelsey, Jonathan Kelsey and wife Lauren; 2 brothers, Ferguson Toland and wife Kathy, A.C. Toland and wife Wanda; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
