Thomas (Tommy) Frank Rone, 70, of Cross Plains, went to be with his LORD and Savior on Monday, October 30, 2017 after multiple illnesses at Abilene Regional Hospital.
Tommy was born in Littlefield, Texas on October 20, 1947 to Frank and Francis Rone. He is survived by his wife Anne, a brother, Robert, two daughters, and numerous grandchildren.
Tommy had many interest like, welding, ranching and gardening. In Lubbock, he worked for Atmos Energy, owned a fire extinguisher business, and was a project manager for several pipelines.
Tommy had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was active in the Cross Plains Community and a member of the First Baptist Church.
At a later date, a private memorial service will be held out on his beloved ranch.
