Vicki Bullard

Vicki J. McCarty Bullard (Joan, Joann, Mama Jo, Grandma) went to be with Jesus on Sunday, December 12, 2021. She was married to Z.L. Bullard, both residing in Clyde, Texas. Those who knew her, loved her. She shared the goodness of the Lord with everyone she met. She found peace and comfort in hearing sermons on TV, listening to music, and reading scripture. One of her favorites was Psalm 91.

She is survived by many whom she loved and shared precious memories together. She is survived by her two brothers, Rodney McCarty (wife Lois and daughter Sharon) of Coleman, and Eddy McCarty (daughters Elizabeth and Kathryn) of Pioneer. Her son Mark Norris and wife Rachelle from Cross Plains. As well as a step-daughter, Juanita, and step-son, Rick, both of Indiana.

She loved and cherished her grandchildren. She is survived by grandsons, Aaron and Ian, and granddaughter, Jesse and husband Seth. As well as two granddaughters, Ashley and Danielle, both of Indiana. She was also blessed to have six great-grandchildren.

We rejoice and celebrate in the reunion she is experiencing with many loved ones who have gone before her, especially her mother, Kathryn McCarty and father, Mack McCarty.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 10:00am. We will celebrate her life with a graveside service at Pioneer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send charitable contribution to church or organization of your choice.
