Graveside service will be held Saturday, August 5, at 1:00 PM at Rising Star Cemetery in Eastland County, Texas with Charles Chesshir officiating.
Virgie was born September 5, 1934 in Ranger, Texas to the Late James Glenn and Etura (Crawford) Glenn. Virgie married Ed Boatman on June 6, 1954 in Ranger, Texas.
Virgie was preceded in death by her parents.
Virgie is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Ed Boatman of Plano; sons, Alan Boatman of McKinney; Mark Boatman of Plano; 3 grandchildren, Audrey, Alec and Christopher; sister, Vivian Hart of Ranger.
