Wanda A. Matthews, 79, of Cross Plains passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in Coleman, TX.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 2 PM at Cross Plains Memorial Park with Bob Pipes officiating. Services are under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Home.
Wanda was born on July 7, 1938 to the late Floyd Reynolds and Inez Stephens in Caradean, TX. She was married to the late Richard Matthews. Wanda worked as a caregiver and was a member of the Cross Plains Church of Christ.
Wanda is survived by her children, Donna Clark and husband Erwin; Mark Wilcox and wife Jamie, David Wilcox and wife Michelle, Cynthia Matthews Cochran and husband Steve, Robin Flores and husband Rene; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Illyn Fisher.
She was also preceded in death by Richard Matthews.
