William Byrd Young [Bill, Pops, Dad], 81, died Thursday, September 22, 2016 at his home in Cross Plains, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Barbara Ann Young and leaves his loving wife of 3 years, Belva Young; his sons, Gary and Randy; his daughters Martha, Jacque, and Pam, and in an abundance of GOD’s Blessings, a multitude of beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pop’s family wishes to express their gratitude to the members and fellow patriots of the American Legion, the Cross Plains Baptist and Presbyterian Churches, and all his brothers and sisters in Christ.
In lieu of flowers, Pops asks that contributions be made to the Human Society {Brownwood or Abilene}.
